1 year ago my Dad passed away. My dad and I had a complicated relationship, and for a few years before he passed no relationship. I had always secretly hoped he would get better and be able to meet my husband and our kids. Now I know that he will meet them in a perfect place where he is the man I had always known that he was. And the addiction that had stolen him from us is no more. Until then he is caring for us from heaven. He is greatly missed and thankfully through Heavenly Father's plan we will be able to see him again.
