Avery Baby is 4

Avery Rae is 4.  I am so sad my sassy girl is growing up.  Avery is our princess.  She is as girlie as they come.  Brighton was never a girlie girl so this is all new to me.  Avery loves to and insists on wearing dresses and her princess dress ups are her absolute favorite.  Whenever she gets in trouble they are the first thing to go and wow is a severe punishment.  For her birthday this year we were able to go to the Disney store at City Creek and Avery was chosen to open the store.  It is quite a production, she had to do a count down and then turn a huge key to unlock the store.  She loved every minute of it and was given a special tiny key as a memento.  We also let her pick out one thing in the store and of course she got another dress up.  This time a bright pink leotard with a huge tutu.  It was so much fun.  Avery is a sweet but sassy girl.  She loves her brothers, but is usually the one starting the fights.  She likes to torture them a little and this makes me nervous for the years to come.  Boston and Avery are still best buddies.  They take care of each other and always look out for each other.  Avery is very excited to go to preschool on the fall. It was torture for her to stay with me while we dropped off Boston last year.  She is very ready for school and can already write her name.  She is super smart and will do really well I am sure.  Avery is a talker!  She will talk your ear off if you will let her.  She also loves to make up songs to go along with what ever she is doing.  It is hilarious and my favorite thing about her right now.  I love Avery so much and am so blessed to be her mom!
Here are a few of Avery's favorites:
Color: PINK
Food: rice, and snow cones
Candy/Treat: snow cone
Book: Strawberry Shortcake
Animal: pony
Movie: Barbie Princess School
Sport: Dance
Holiday: Her Birthday
Special Talents: making up songs to go with every task of the moment, and dances to go with them.
Hobbies: Singing, dancing, and posing

Wow! I can't believe she is four! I remember dropping something off after she was born and seeing her for the first time. All her dark hair!! She is such a beautiful little girl!
